DEPOSITS:
•A $100 NON refundable deposit and a signed deposit contract naming ALL acts performing required to hold ANY date.
•A Non-Refundable payment of half of the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to event.
•A signed Rental Agreement is due not less than 30 days prior to the event.
•100% of the total balance shown on the invoice plus any additional costs incurred are due and payable BEFORE the event begins. Payment must be in cash or cashiers check. Other forms of payment require prior approval.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
•A general liability policy of not less than $1,000,000 naming The Fox Theatre – Visalia, its Officers, Employees and Agents as Additional Insured must be presented to the Fox Theatre 30 days prior to the event.
EVENT STAFF:
•Tenant may provide their own event staff if approved by the Fox. The Fox may require proof of current workers compensation insurance. Some rigging, stage and front of house staff must be trained professional staff and will be supplied by the Fox but will be paid for by the Tenant. The Fox requires that certain of its staff be present at all times the Tenant is in the building, this will be at the Tenant’s expense (one technician at $22 per hour).
OTHER:
•The Fox is a sit down venue NO Dancing Allowed. The Fox STRICTLY enforces a 95-Decibel C Weighted sound limit. Concert subject to termination if decibel level exceeds the contracted limit.

TICKETING:
•Tenants must sell tickets on the Fox web site using Ticket Fusion. Patrons may buy these tickets online, by phone, at the Fox office, or at the door.
