Theatre Policies

Ticketing & Seating

  • The Visalia Theatre box office and website www.foxvisalia.org are the ONLY safe and secure ways to purchase tickets for all performances. Online ticket brokers will charge you many times the actual face value of a ticket. Helpful hint: Do NOT Google Visalia Fox Theatre. Type our complete website address into the location bar to ensure you go directly to the official Visalia Fox Theatre website every time.
  • All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted, except in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of event.
  • The box office can reprint lost tickets, provided you have the credit card used for the purchase or the transaction information. Call us at 559.625.1369 for replacement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • The Visalia Fox Theatre reserves the right to retain restoration and handling fees on all tickets for historical preservation
  • Retroactive discounts are not allowed.
  • Patrons must have a valid, photo ID to retrieve any will-call orders.
  • Patrons shall only occupy the seat for which they possess a valid ticket and shall provide their ticket upon request. Standing in front of a purchased seat is sometimes permitted depending on the event.
  • All shows are all ages unless otherwise noted. Some shows make further age appropriate recommendations, and the Visalia Fox Theatre will provide those on its website; however, parental discretion is always advised, and judgment of the content for each show should be made on an individual basis prior to purchase. When available, we provide links to show websites for further information and recommendations.
  • ADA seating is available for every show but is limited. Please select the ADA option when purchasing your tickets online. You may also call or visit the box office to purchase ADA seats. Purchasers may be asked to state that they require, or are purchasing tickets for someone who requires, the features of an accessible seat. If the user of the ticket does not need the specific features of the accessible seat, the venue may require the ticket holder to move to a different, non-accessible seating location.
  • Service animals are allowed into the theatre under the guidelines of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). No other pets or animals are allowed into the venue.
  • Children 2 years of age and older must have a designated, purchased seat. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seat without disturbing other guests.
  • Reentry: Patrons are allowed to have their tickets “Exit Scanned” by the Door Usher in order to exit the theatre for personal reasons. Guests will be searched upon reentry.
